Mitch spent 12 years in the field in a captive agency selling cancer and accident plans door to door, and training over 100 agents throughout his career. He has since transitioned to an independent broker, and is applying his extensive knowledge from his captive days to the independent world. His unique ability to recognize unique opportunities and apply the tactics he learned in his first 12 years as a captive agent has greatly accelerated his production and his income. Mitch has 14 years experience in the field and 12 years as a captive agent and national trainer. Mitch also has 2 years experience as an independent broker. He has coached over 100 insurance agents, many of whom are still in the business today and wildly successful. Mitch has been the #1 producer in his captive agency for many years running, and has broken every sales record there was to break. He’s personally sold $6 million in ancillary products and developed a team that has produced over $22 million in the last decade. Mitch now has a team of 10+ successful agents and is always looking for more.
Tyler has 12 years experience in the insurance industry. He started working with Northwestern Mutual in college and then, upon graduation he went to work for his father’s IMO. Tyler became the Health Marketing Director in 2014, and has been doing that ever since. Tyler has extensive knowledge on recruiting and product training, but he also has a real passion for identifying pain points with agents, and finding solutions to help grow their business.
